Every Cool Moon Club shirt is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, change of mind, or other buyer-preference reasons.

We will gladly provide a replacement or refund if your order arrives:

• Damaged
• Defective or misprinted
• Different from what you ordered

Please contact us at info@coolmoonclub.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs showing the issue.

Please do not wear, wash, or alter the affected item. If a return is required, the item must be unused and in the condition received.

Once we review the information, a real person will respond and help arrange an appropriate replacement or refund without unnecessary fuss or runaround.

Refunds may take several business days to appear after they are processed, depending on your bank or payment provider.
