Refund policy

Love your Cool Moon Club purchase or we'll make it right.

We gladly offer refunds or replacements for:

• Wrong items sent
• Damaged items
• Defective or misprinted products

Refund or replacement requests must be submitted within 30 days of your purchase date. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds or replacements after 30 days.

If you believe you're eligible for a refund or replacement, please contact us at coolmoonclubmail@gmail.com (or replace with your preferred support email) and include your order number along with photos of the issue.
